As the number of locations we service grows, so does our need for dependable, experienced snowplow drivers. Eric works to make sure the right driver, with the right equipment is matched to the right job. He trains the drivers to perform their work in a safe and thorough manner. During the winter Eric oversees Snow Removal Operations and acts as Area Supervisor to the Pittsburgh West Team of drivers located in Beaver and Lawrence Counties and Ohio.

Bill was promoted to the position of Area Supervisor in 2012. He is in charge of the East Hills Team of snowplow drivers covering Westmoreland County and the Monroeville and Penn Hills areas. When not plowing snow he is busy running his Heating & Air Conditioning Company Pro-Max Mechanical located in Tarentum Pennsylvania.

Mike works closely with customers to ensure a positive experience when winter weather arrives. Mike consults with new customers, taking the time to match their needs with SRSA's services. He manages the SRSA Sales Team and oversees the Sales and Marketing of the Parking Lot Maintenance Services in addition to the Snow Removal Services. Before joining SRSA, Mike worked as an Account Executive at various companies in the Pittsburgh area. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University.

When winter arrives and it starts getting busy at SRSA we can count on Gail to keep the office running smoothly. Her responsibilities include customer invoicing, customer service, working up proposals, contracts and the general day to day management of the office. Before starting at SRSA, she worked as the General Manager of a retail chain and is an alumnus of LaRoche College.

Jeff started with SRSA in 1998 as a Snowplow Driver. He was promoted to Area Supervisor in 2002. He is in charge of the North Hills Team of drivers and directly oversees the Beaver County, North Hills and Route 28 teams. When not plowing snow, Jeff works as an E.M.T. for Cranberry Ambulance Service. He is also owner of Medic Mowers Lawn Service.

Buddy supervises the snowplow drivers working the Parkway West Corridor, Downtown Pittsburgh and the South Hills. Buddy is in charge of our busiest territory. He is always up for the challenge and makes sure the job gets done. In the summer he works as a tree trimmer at his family's business Blystone Tree Service located in Crafton, PA.

Jim Smith, the former President and founder of SRSA started the company in 1979 with one truck and a snowplow clearing driveways in his neighborhood. Soon he expanded to include local shops and businesses as well. As his area of coverage grew so did his reputation. Now, with over 50 trucks and crews covering Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia, SRSA has become the tri-state area's premiere regional snow maintenance company. Although he retired in 2010, Jim enjoys lending a hand when needed at SRSA.

If your business or organi- zation has sidewalks which need to be snow and ice free, Don Britton will make sure the job gets done. Don is the Labor Supervisor at SRSA. He oversees a number of shovelers in Allegheny Beaver and Butler County. Don started with SRSA in 2003. He works as a roofer and heavy equipment operator in the summer.

MATT BOOKS

Matt has an extensive background working in the snow removal industry. He brings this knowledge along with a "get the job done right" attitude to his position as Quality Assurance Manager. In the winter Matt works along side the snow plow drivers to ensure our customers receive the highest quality snow removal services possible. During the warmer months he stays busy performing Parking Lot Maintenance services at SRSA.
